The training program is a 6-month training course intended to prepare individuals who have completed at least 72 units in college.

This course will equip the person with the following knowledge essential for caregivers:

  • The ability to independently take care of children, the elderly or people who have disabilities.
  • To be able to manage cleanliness, orderliness, and beautification of the home.
  • To be able to respond properly and promptly in case of emergencies.

This course consists of the following modules with a synopsis for each topic:

1. Elderly care

2.
Child care

3. Basic French Language

4. Care of Persons with Special needs

5. Basic First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

6. Personality Development

7. Nursing Fundamentals

8. Home Management & Nutrition

9. Practicum in Elderly Care and Child Care
(120 hours each totaling to 240 practicum hours)

All of these should properly equip the person to be a quality and internationally recognized caregiver.
